 Transportation
Our fleets of buses are ready to pick up from accommodation and sending them to work place on time. Also ensuring all of our workers do come on time for work fresh and healthy.

Accommodation
Petra has two areas for accommodation facilities and they are at Griya Mas Batam Centre and Bida Kuning Muka Kuning. We also provide the following:

• Clean & proper beddings, cooking facilities, utensils, water & electricity is provided FREE
• In- House coordinators, security & maintenance staff

Food & Beverage
Meals are provided for all of our workers. Home cooked food is specially catered from our caterers ensuring everyone has enough.

Medical Coverage
We provide medical coverage for all of our staff and workers. During and after working hours, ensuring all of our staff are fit always.

In- House Counselors
We provide in- house counselors who are available for sharing and counseling both a work, office and accommodation facilities.

In- House Security
We provide in- house security at all of our accommodation facilities providing security and a safe place to stay.

Payroll System
Our payroll system is zero defects. Ensuring everyone employee of Petra receive their salary on time via bank and with no errors. Our payroll system is working together with our banks ensuring that all salaries are transferred on time.

Jamsotek

Family Environment

There are two types of recruitment, local and AKAD outsourcing. These two methods have been our specialty and we have so much experience in the dos and don’ts of recruitment.

Local Outsourcing Scheme (L O S)

The candidates are recruited from local sources from Batam and Bintan. Our local process is fastest and effective in this process. Candidates who succeed will be assigned to company with monthly fixed labor rate (minimum 6 months contract) and attractive benefits. All administrative and labor issues are handled by our team

AKAD Outsourcing Scheme (A O S)

The candidates are mass recruited from outside Batam and Bintan. With more than 22 years of experienced, we ensure high standards in recruitment process. Our professional team will recruit the most talented and potential candidates for our clients. Always spending 3 – 5 days outside Batam, our recruiters are well experienced and are good teachers.

Staff Outsourcing Scheme

Our staff outsourcing scheme has been a “winner program” for our manufacturing plants, offices, hotels and trading companies. We are proud to provide the following: Office Staff, IT Professional, Accountant.

Security Outsourcing Scheme

This is our top notch team of security staff. They have all undergone proper training in security, man management, and basic safety first and they also attended the basic first aid instruction course. Every fortnight, all of our security staff is brief on new & updated rules & regulations. They are also kept fit mentally and physically.
