Recruitment Processes

Petra Ariesca conducts a thorough recruiting procedure.

1.     Every selected candidate is tested for his mental and physical ability. They are tested in the following areas:

  1. Basic Mathematics
  2. Basic English
  3. Basic Bahasa Indonesia
  4. IQ Tests
  5. Counseling
  6. Pre- medical check up (in- house)
  7. Process of all documents against authenticity
  8. Requisition from client to test in certain areas

2.     Recruiters will then conduct a personal interview to ensure their strengths.

3.     Each successful candidate will be prepared mentally & physically for the client’s interview.
